When it's hard to grasp what you're feeling, your 24/7 coach will offer you cards — metaphorical images that help you name emotions, values, and needs. You choose the one that "speaks" to you, and explore it together. Sometimes one image opens more than an hour of thinking.

The coach uses proven coaching frameworks and metaphorical cards that appear when you need them — helping you explore what you're feeling on a deeper level.

The session lasts up to 60 minutes, is fully confidential, and available in Polish, English, Spanish, and German — directly from your browser, without installing anything.
