RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable files), we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the purchase has been completed. Upon successful payment, customers gain immediate access to the digital files, making it impossible to return them.

For customers residing in the European Union: In accordance with European Union consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, for digital products, this right of withdrawal expires once the performance of the service has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
